Successful Career

I was one of the pioneer CIBTAC students of EWI Academy in 2000. Although I hold a Diploma in Hotel Management I decided to enroll in the beauty course as I believe the beauty industry is very interesting and promising.

Today I am a Senior Tutor in EWI Academy, the same academy I graduated from. The EWI Academy management saw my potential and offered me the Assistant Tutor job upon my graduation in Oct 2000. In May 2002 I was promoted to Tutor and on 1 July 2006 I was again promoted to Senior Tutor. My thanks go to EWI Academy for providing me the opportunity and to all the tutors for their guidance and encouragement to upgrade my career path.

In EWI Academy there are plenty of continous learning opportunities. Even as a tutor, I was able to upgrade and obtain the CIDESCO diploma while teaching there. Thanks also to EWI for giving me other learning opportunities to enhance my knowledge while teaching in the academy through the IDI (International Dermal Institute) classes conducted by international trainers from the International Dermal Institute, USA.

I aspired to be a professional tutor as I enjoy teaching and get great satisfaction when I see a raw student transformed into a confident professionally qualified skincare therapist. Thanks to EWI Academy, I am able to realise this aspiration and also to help professionalise the beauty industry by producing hundreds of professionally qualifed skincare therapists.

I have no regrets choosing to study in EWI Academy where the school provides me a very good education and an innovative career for my future.
